Project summary: Our existing platform had grown organically over several years and the accumulated technical debt was beginning to affect both performance and our ability to ship new features.

The technical quality of the work is the easiest thing to praise, but what I want to highlight is the communication culture on this team. Every question got a same-day response. Every risk got flagged before it became an issue. I lead technology at HanRiver Tech Co Ltd, a mid-sized organisation in the Events & Event Management sector headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
