About TTMS
TTMS has grown since 2015 into a substantial technology organization, now employing between 250 and 999 people, a scale that sets it apart from many boutique development shops. The company's service lineup includes mobile app development, cross platform app development, web development, IoT app development, and AR app development, giving it the breadth to support enterprise clients across multiple concurrent workstreams. With hourly rates of $50 to $99 and an average project cost near one hundred thousand dollars, TTMS combines competitive pricing with the operational capacity of a much larger organization, a combination that smaller boutique firms typically cannot match. Its sizable headcount suggests dedicated teams for different specializations rather than generalist staff spread across every service line, which can translate into deeper expertise within each discipline. Clients pursuing web platforms alongside mobile and augmented reality initiatives may find particular value in TTMS's ability to run these workstreams in parallel rather than sequentially. For organizations that need enterprise-scale delivery capacity without paying premium consultancy rates, TTMS presents a well-rounded option backed by nearly a decade of continuous growth and a genuinely broad service portfolio.

Project summary: Claims fraud detection had been rule-based for years and we were losing ground to more sophisticated patterns — we needed a machine learning model built on our own historical data.
The engagement started with a discovery workshop that immediately signalled this team was different. They pushed back on two of our assumptions in the first session with evidence and a better alternative. That kind of intellectual honesty is rare and it set the tone for the whole project. Deliverables were consistently ahead of schedule, code reviews were taken seriously, and the final product is something we are proud to show enterprise clients during due diligence calls.
Architectural decisions that will serve us for years rather than just solving the immediate problem, knowledge transfer that left our team genuinely capable, no scope creep at all
Time zone difference required some adjustment to our internal communication habits but the team managed the overlap window efficiently and it never affected momentum

A testing partner who treated quality as seriously as we do

Project summary: Underwriting decisions that should have taken minutes were taking days because of a legacy policy administration system that predated modern API architecture.
The thing I appreciate most in retrospect is that they were honest when something was harder than expected. Twice during the project the team came to us proactively to say that a particular component needed more time to do properly and explained why cutting corners would create problems later. We gave them the time. Both decisions were correct. The resulting product is solid and we have had none of the post-launch instability that plagued our last two technology projects.
Domain knowledge that went beyond generic expertise into our specific industry, willingness to push back constructively, automated test coverage that gave us deployment confidence
The initial project brief document they required was more detailed than we were used to providing, but in hindsight that rigour was part of why the project ran so smoothly
